Auf dieser Seite finden Sie eine übersicht der Projekte mit denen ich mich befasst habe, geplant ist ein wöchentliches
Update der Projekte, aber aus Zeitgründen kann ein Update auch in einem zweiwöchentlichen Rhytmus erfolgen,
mal schauen wie es läuft.

Festspannungsnetzteil | Fix voltage power supply :

Das von mir zuvor erwähnte Netzteil sollte folgende Bedingungen erfüllen:

• 1. Leistung: Minimum 13,8 Volt und 25 Ampere.
• 2. Baugröße: Es sollte sich in der Größe gut an und in einen Stationsaufbau einpassen lassen.
• 3. Funktionalität: Individuell angepasste Features, z.B. zusätzliche Ausgänge und Schutzeinrichtungen.

The DC power supply I mentioned before should meet the following conditions:

• 1. Power: Minimum 13.8 volts and 25 amps.
• 2. Size: It should fit well in size and in a station structure.
• 3. Functionality: Customized features, e.g. additional outputs and protective devices.

Dieses Projekt geht in die entscheidene Phase, nachdem die Konstruktion abgeschlossen ist, sind nun 80% der Teile eingetroffen und der Aufbau kann beginnen, zusätzlich habe ich begonnen die Dokumentation mit Zeichnungen und Schaltplänen zu schreiben.

Tischrouter | Table Router :

Der Router soll genau wie das Netzteil bestimmte Bedingungen erfüllen:

• 1. Baugröße: Der Router soll in Größe und Form einen kompakten Aufbau haben.
• 2. Leistung: Durch seinen Aufbau sollen verschiedene Materialien z.B. Kunststoff, Holz, Aluminium
  mit einer Genauigkeit im hunderstel Bereich bearbeiten werden können.
• 3. Funktionalität: Individuell angepasste Features, der Router soll mehrer Einsatzmöglichkeiten haben
  z.B. als Fräse, Schneidemaschine (Papier, Karton), oder als 3D Drucker.

The router is like the power supply to meet certain conditions:

Mir ist dabei durchaus bewußt, das es heutzutage bestimmt kleine und Leistungstarke Netzteile zu kaufen gibt, aber es macht auch heute noch viel Spaß sich ein solches Projekt auszudenken und umzusetzen. Und ob gekaufte Netzteile diese Qualität besitzen wage ich zu bezweifeln.
I am well aware that there are certain small and powerful PSUs to buy today, but it still makes a lot of fun to design and implement such a project. And whether purchased power supplies possess this quality, I dare to doubt.

Konstruktion und Design | Construction and Design

Um dieses Projekte umzusetzen, habe ich mit der Konstruktion der einzelnen Bauteile befasst, dazu habe ich das CAD-Programm Fusion360 benutzt, das von Autodesk für Startups und Hobbyisten kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Das ich dabei meine Kentnisse im Bereich CAD weiter geschult, und neue Dinge wie parametrisches Konstruieren erlernt habe, ist ein schöner Nebeneffekt.
Für die Gestaltung und Auslegung der Schaltung, sowie Platinen und Bauteilen, kam das Computerprogramm Eagle zum Einsatz, auch aus dem Hause Autodesk und ebenfalls kostenlos für Startups und Hobbyisten.

In order to implement this project, I have been involved in the design of the individual components, using the CAD program Fusion360, which is provided by Autodesk for startups and hobbyists free of charge. The fact that I have further developed my knowledge of CAD, and learned new things like parametric design, is a nice side effect.
For the design and layout of the circuit, as well as boards and components, the computer program Eagle was used, also from Autodesk and also free of charge for startups and hobbyists.
